This report, commissioned by the British Council, outlines a sustainable transnational education (TNE) framework, designed to create robust partnerships between UK Higher Education institutions and their counterparts in MENA region. The event took place at Middlesex University, Dubai, and attended by the Regional Director-MENA, and Country Director of the British Council, among other invitees from the UK higher education institutions.
