The event started with the national anthem, a Quranic recitation, and videos highlighting the University’s achievements and student life. Dr. Karim Seghir, Chancellor, and Dr. Khaled Assaleh, Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, delivered welcoming and motivational speeches. Student representative Huraira from the College of Medicine inspired the attendees with her positive experiences and encouraged active participation in university activities. The ceremony concluded with a tour of the University’s academic facilities, allowing students and parents to explore labs, classrooms, and other key areas. |

The Counseling Unit offered workshops on mental health, while the Office of Medical Services introduced campus health services. The Office of Student Life organized the Student Life Open House, Fine Arts and Athletics Orientations, and a trip to Ajman Museum, plus a session on UAE heritage and modernity. The Office of International Academic Affairs held a special orientation for international students, the Student Success Center provided workshops highlighting the center's role in supporting students and enhancing their academic success, and the Office of Sustainability led a session on Emergency Preparedness and Climate Action. |

The Office of Community Engagement, in partnership with the International Charity Organization, hosted a "Back to School Shopping" event at Ajman City Centre as part of Ajman University's welcome celebrations. Dedicated student volunteers assisted the children in selecting essential school supplies, including bags, stationery, and shoes, and each child received a 250 AED voucher. This initiative aimed to positively impact the students' lives, offering them renewed hope and support for the new school year. |
