The Office of International Academic Affairs launched the Actualizing Youth Mobility (AYM) project in collaboration with students from Ajman University, College of Lake County, and Penn State University. AYM aims to promote cross-cultural understanding, mentorship, and innovation while fostering leadership skills. Dr. Ammar Rashid, Associate Professor at the College of Engineering and Information Technology, was selected to participate in this initiative, focusing on research, cultural artifact presentations, teamwork, and industry exploration. Students engage with challenging questions, utilize online tools, and collaborate on diverse social media platforms, fostering innovative problem-solving in the Information System / Information Technology domain, particularly in analyzing global sustainability challenges. |
