Biomedical Engineering students, supervised by Prof. Hamdy Hamed and Mohamed Agam, Assistant Instructor, have developed smart shoes designed for people with visual disabilities. The shoes, featuring obstacle detection sensors, Bluetooth connectivity for vibration and auditory alerts via smartphone, and a family locator feature, was prominently showcased during the innovation month celebration at Ajman Marina. |
